Welcome to EcoProSim. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
EcoProSim operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to a paid tier (Starter, Pro, Studio), you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of any data, graphs, diagrams, and projects you create using EcoProSim. We claim no intellectual property rights over your simulation data. EcoProSim retains all rights to the platform's code, branding, and underlying architecture.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, to exploit bugs to bypass subscription limits, or to attempt to reverse engineer the EcoProSim application. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without a refund.
If you downgrade your account from a paid tier to a free tier, any projects that exceed the free tier limits will be locked into "Read-Only" mode. We reserve the right to delete read-only projects after a prolonged period of inactivity (e.g., 120 days) following a downgrade, subject to advance notification.
EcoProSim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall EcoProSim be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
