Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the EcoProSim platform and the immediate access granted to premium features upon purchase, we enforce a strict No Refunds policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a subscription is purchased and access to the Pro or Studio tiers is granted, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial months of service, downgraded accounts, or unused time.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future recurring billing, but you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

3. Billing Errors & Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the event of a provable technical billing error on our end (such as being double-charged for a single transaction). If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team immediately via the in-app Feedback Drawer.
